TECHNICAL FEEDBACK & ANALYSIS Want a second opinion on your technique? Send me video footage of your training or competition and I'll analyse it, identify areas for improvement and give you clear, practical feedback on what you can do to improve. Whether you're a sprinter, hurdler, jumper, thrower or runner, this gives you the opportunity to have your technique reviewed by a coach with experience working with athletes across multiple events and at international level. It's also a great option for coaches looking for a second pair of eyes on an athlete's technique. HOW IT WORKS It's simple. Purchase the package you want and you'll receive an email asking you to send over your video footage. I'll review your footage and provide feedback based on what I see, highlighting the key areas that could be limiting your performance and what you can do about them. Your feedback will be provided within 48 hours of receiving your videos. THREE FEEDBACK OPTIONS PACKAGE 1 — WRITTEN ANALYSIS & FEEDBACK A detailed written review of your footage, identifying the key technical areas that could be improved and providing clear feedback on your performance. PACKAGE 2 — WRITTEN ANALYSIS, FEEDBACK + SOLUTIONS Everything in Package 1, plus practical solutions to help fix the problems identified. This can include relevant drills and exercises to help you address technical issues and put the feedback into practice. PACKAGE 3 — WRITTEN ANALYSIS, FEEDBACK + SOLUTIONS + VIDEO BREAKDOWN The most comprehensive option. Everything in Package 2, plus a video breakdown from the coach, talking you through your technique, the key areas that need attention and how to improve them. WHAT CAN I ANALYSE?
